SCOUTING REPORT: Won second Miami varsity football letter in 2007 ... missed last half of last season due to knee surgery ... a smart player who will be a back-up at all three linebacker positions and be a special teams contributor.
2007: Played in first five games for the RedHawks, then sat out the last eight contests due to injury ... recorded four tackles.
2006: Earned first letter, seeing ample playing time on special teams.
2005: Made collegiate debut in big win over Cincinnati, totaling one tackle.
2004: Redshirted.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in football as a strong safety and wide receiver ... recorded 112 tackles, seven quasrterback sacks and five interceptions his senior year ... also averaged 17 yards per reception and hauled in eight touchdowns ... an all-conference, all-county, all-district and honorable mention all-state selection ... also starred for the Comets[apos] basketball and track teams ... coached by Keith Grabowski.
