2018-19: Outdoor - Threw in seven meets ... finished eighth in the hammer throw at the MAC Championships (5/9-11) with a throw of 51.14m (167-9) ... personal best throw was a 52.70m (172-11), set at Indiana's Billy Hayes Invitational (5/3) ... won the hammer at the RedHawk Invitational (4/20) and set a PR in the discus with a third-place throw of 40.56m (133-1) ... named Academic All-MAC. Indoor - Competed in the weight throw in two meets ... had a personal-best throw of 15.15m (49-8.5) at Cedarville (2/1), finishing fourth.
2017-18: Outdoor – Threw in six meets … took sixth in the hammer throw (season-best 169-0) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … placed third in the hammer throw (163-5) at the Miami Duals (4/14). Indoor – Competed in three meets … placed fifth in the weight throw (season-best 44-8 3/4) at the Anderson Indoor Invite (2/3).
High School: Lettered four years for head coach Amber Grores’ Royals … holds school record holder in weight and hammer throw … is second all-time in shot put and discus at Wynford … placed seventh at OHSAA Division III indoor state meet senior year … regional qualifier in shot and discus in 2016 and 2017 … First-Team All-State in shot put, hammer, and discus senior year … district champion in shot and discus … also lettered three years in football as an offensive and defensive lineman for the Royals … three-time conference champions … selected for NCOFCA All-Star Game senior year … named second-team all-conference defense junior year and first-team all-conference offense and defense senior year.
