2019-20: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... won the 400m at the MAC Championship (2/28-29) with a MAC Indoor record of 53.07 ... set the Miami school record in the 400 at Notre Dame (2/22) with a time of 53.07, winning the event in the process and posting the 23rd-best time in the country ... also took second at the conference meet in the 200 with a PR ti.me of 23.96 and led the Miami 4x400 time to a third-place finish, earning first-team All-MAC honors in the process... posted an overall total of 16 top-five finishes over the course of the season ... held Miami's best time in all four sprint events ... was twice named MAC Indoor Runner of the Week ... named a MAC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete ... Academic All-MAC. 

2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in eight meets … took home the 400m title at the MAC Championships (5/9-11) with a run of 52.85, a mark that set a new school record … also won the 4x400 (3:40.96) and took third in the 200m (23.88) at the conference meet … was named MAC Women’s Most Outstanding Track Athlete for her performance … was part of a 4x400 team that set three successive school records, culminating in a 3:38.29 time at the Penn Relays (4/25-27) … qualified for NCAA East Regionals in the 400 and 4x400 … was twice named MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week and was the MAC Female Scholar Athlete of the Week for the week of 4/1 … was Miami’s Female Athlete of the Week twice, for the weeks of 4/1 and 5/6 … named Academic All-MAC ... named a MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete. Indoor -  Ran in eight meets … finished second with Miami’s 4x400 team at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/22-23) with a time of 3:43.26 … also finished top-five in the 200 (personal-best and 400 … set a school record in the 400m with a 54.42 at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational (2/1-2) … posted the best marks by any RedHawk in all three sprint events (60m, 200m, 400m).

2017-18: Outdoor – Ran in seven meets … named Academic All-MAC … scored individually in both the 400m (third; 54.05) and 200m (fifth; wind-aided 24.02) while running the anchor leg of the MAC Champion 4x400m relay (3:41.16) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … also ran with the seventh-place 4x100m relay (46.66) at the conference meet … clocked a personal best 200m time of 24.04 to win the event at the RedHawk Invitational (4/28) … top 400m time was 53.91 in the MAC Championships prelims. Indoor – Competed in eight meets for the ‘Hawks … named Academic All-MAC … began season by finishing second in 200m (25.68) and 300m (40.33) at BGSU Opener … placed fifth in 200m at Gladstein Invitational with 24.99 … led DMR team to a first-place finish at Indiana Relays with an 11:52.35 … helped 4x4 team set season-best mark of 3:43.43 at Meyo Invitational … ran a 200m PR of 24.88 at Music City Challenge … helped 4x4 squad to a second-place finish at Alex Wilson Invitational … competed in three events at MAC Indoors, placing third in 400m with a 54.83 PR and third in the 4x4 with a 3:45.07.

2016-17: Outdoor – Competed in seven meets … named MAC Freshman of the Year following a runner-up finish in the 400m (54.40), fifth-place 200m (wind-aided 24.13) and sixth-place showing with the 4x400m relay (3:44.86) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … combined for four first-place finishes on the year. Indoor – Competed in seven meets … took fourth in the 400m (55.77) at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/24-25) … won the 200m (25.08) at the GVSU Big Meet (2/10-11).

High School: Lettered four years in track and cross country … holds school records in 200m (24.76), 400m (55.30), long jump (18-8), 4x200 (1:43.07), and 4x800 (9:17.95) … personal best of 12.21 in 100m and 19:37.00 in 5K … ran in indoor and outdoor state meet qualifier all four years … three-year outdoor state meet qualifier for cross country … six-time regional champion, nine-time district champion … 15-time conference champion … earned All-State honors in 2013 (400m), 2014 (400m, long jump), 2015 (400m), and 2016 (200m, 400m, long jump) … 2016 indoor state long jump champion.
