2023-24 HIGHLIGHTS
- Recognized as First-Team All-MAC (cross country)
- Set a personal record in the 8k (24:15.1) at XC23 College & Open
- Placed sixth in the 8k at MAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:26.3
- Earned 66th place in the 10k at NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships with his personal-best time of 31:14.5Â
- Finished eighth in the 10,000m (30:50.26) at MAC Outdoor Championships
- Named Academic All-MAC (cross country)
2022-23 HIGHLIGHTS
- Placed second with PR time of 14:43.08 in the 5,000m at GVSU Big Meet
- Set personal best (8:21.37) in 3,000m at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic (indoor), finishing second
- Competed at NCAA Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (10K) with time of 31:47.9
- Finished 21st at MAC Cross Country Championships with 24:29.4 time in 8K
- Took eighth place at RedHawk Rumble (cross country) with time of 25:17.8
2021-22 HIGHLIGHTS
- Finished 10,000m in a personal-best 30:37.50 at Penn Relays
- Finished ninth in 5,000m at Tennessee Relays with a PR time of 14:48.94
2020-21 HIGHLIGHTS
- Finished eighth in 10,000m at MAC Outdoor Championships (31:07.32)
- Set personal records in 800m (2:01.51) and 1500m (4:02.02) at RedHawk InvitationalÂ
PRIOR TO MIAMI
- Earned three letters apiece in cross country and track & field plus one more in soccer
- Set school records on the 5K course and in the 3,200m on the track
- Also part of 4x800m relay team that set the school record
- Named first-team All-State twice
- Selected as Cincinnati D2 Runner of the year
- Earned Academic All-Ohio recognition
- Graduated with honors
