COLUMBUS, Ohio- The RedHawks traveled to Columbus this weekend to compete in the Jesse Owens Invitational at Ohio State. Addison Crichley moved up on the pole vault all-time list with the fourth-best jump of 3.91m. Matthew Howard is now third in Miami's all-time javelin with a mark of 63.58m. Ben Riegel produced the fifth-furthest hammer throw in Miami history at 59.26m. Avery Emerson's 800 time of 2:07.13 is third-best in program history. Anton Martinez moved into fourth place in Miami's steeplechase record book with a time of 8:51.22.

Day 1
- In the 400m hurdles, Mae Reed placed seventh with a 1:03.36, Ella Garvin placed 10th with a time of 1:04.16, Madison Berger ran a 1:06.22 and Sydney Harmon ran a 1:14.53.
- Joshua Mikulka took tenth in the 400m hurdles with a 56.69-second race, Jaxson Tober finished 12th with a time of 57.59 seconds and Broderick Brittle finished in 1:04.80 seconds.
- In the men's 1500m run, Ben Fahnestock finished in 3:55.99, Josh Razor finished in 3:57.17, Adrian Stechschulte finished in 4:00.58 and Nick Dunn finished in 4:08.03.
- Camryn Dunn took 10th in the 200m dash with a time of 24.59 seconds, Riley Betz took 13th with a time of 24.87 seconds and Lauren Jessup-Aiken took 17th with a time of 25.12 seconds.
- Micah Schuster finished the 200m dash in 21.66 seconds, Joey Valeski had a time of 21.81 seconds and Rondale Carridine had a time of 22.50 seconds.
- In the women's 5K, Nora Zubillaga led the Miami women with a 10th-place finish and a time of 16:47.57, closely followed by Ava Nuttall in 13th with a time of 16:57.00. Cara Razavi finished with a time of 17:18.65.
- Charles Namiot took fourth in the men's 5K with a time of 14:19.99, Evan Jarold took tenth with a time of 14:25.83, Petros Sanchez Ropero took 14th with a time of 14:39.94 and Weston Naville finished in 15:14.30.
- In men's hammer, Ben Riegel took seventh with a mark of 59.23m, Blake Presley took 12th with a mark of 55.11m, Gabe Asbury took 15th with a mark of 54.25m, Owen Billeter threw 51.66m and Reilly Worthington threw 50.40m. Riegel's throw is the fifth best all-time for a RedHawk.
- Maggie Dougherty and Allie Melchiorre took second and third place in javelin with marks of 41.74m and 40.58m, respectively.
- In men's javelin, Matthew Howard was the champion with the third-best program throw of 63.58m. Clark Helgason took fourth with a throw of 53.13m.
- Kate Hallie led the Miami women in hammer with a throw of 50.27m and a 13th-place finish. Kristen Berwanger threw 45.17m, Sharron Kagan threw 42.56m and Sophia Ili threw 42.07m.
- Kylie Adams jumped 5.38m for 10th place in long jump and Maya Reed jumped 5.19m for 18th place.
- In men's long jump, Kirk Knecht jumped 6.00m for 15th place.
- Emily Eterovich vaulted the fourth-best all-time mark for a RedHawk of 3.91m and secured fourth place in the event. Mia Boule (fifth place) and Addison Crichley (10th) also posted the same mark.
- Hallie and Ili placed 10th and 11th in shot put with throws of 13.46m and 13.17m, respectively, and Ava Luczak threw 11.74m.
- In men's discus, Richard Obioha threw 51.37m for fourth place, Billeter threw 45.61m for twelfth, Worthington threw 44.22m for 13th and David Lorek threw 41.94m for 15th.
- The RedHawk women's 4x100m relay team of Dunn, Betz, Reed and Jessup-Aiken took second place with a time of 46.93 seconds.
- Garvin took third in women's high jump with a mark of 1.70m.
- Quinn Kroneker vaulted 4.46m in men's pole vault.
- Keena Sanders took eighth in the 400m dash with a time of 57.34, Olivia Cebalo took 16th with a time of 58.73 seconds and Addison Smith finished in 1:04.15.
- Hallie took silver in discus with a throw of 47.88m, Berwanger threw 37.44m and Caroline Kagy threw 37.21m.
- Worthington took fourth in shot put with a mark of 16.98m, Presley came in sixth with a mark of 16.74m and Lorek took seventh with a throw of 16.45m.
- In the 400m dash, Valeski took ninth place, finishing in 49.13 seconds.
- Emerson came in third in the 800m dash with a time of 2:07.13, improving her third-best time in Miami history, and Eve Traficanti finished with a time of 2:12.26.
- Dominic Jackson (1:50.59) was fifth in the men's 800m; Luke Mussard turned in a time of 1:54.17.
- Berger (15.07) was the top-finishing RedHawk in the 100m hurdles (13th place), while Adams produced a time of 16.89.
- Brittle captured third place in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.74, while Tober posted a time of 14.86 in the semifinals and Mikulka finished the semis in 16.18.
- Betz placed third in the 100m finals (11.79); Jessup-Aiken turned in a time of 12.27 for 13th place.
- Carridine (14th place in 10.67), Jayson Harrison (10.84) and Remy Schulz (11.06) represented Miami in the men's 100m.
- Martinez won the steeplechase with a time of 8:51.22, the fourth-best on Miami's all-time list.
- In the women's 4x400m, Miami's A team (Cebalo, Traficanti, Emerson and K. Sanders) took third with a mark of 3:55.18, just ahead of the B team of Jessup-Aiken, M. Reed, R. Smith and A. Smith in fourth (3:57.91).Â
