2022-23 HIGHLIGHTS
- Came in seventh in 400m hurdles final (56.21) and 10th in 110m hurdles prelims (15.61) at MAC Outdoor Championships
- Academic All-MAC honoree
- Took third place in both 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles at RedHawk Invitational (outdoor)
- Placed third in 400m hurdles (58.56) at Miami's Blizzard Buster (outdoor)
- Finished fifth in 60m hurdles (8.69) at Flag City Open (indoor)
- Set personal best (8.64) in 60m hurdles at GVSU Big Meet (indoor)
2021-22 HIGHLIGHTS
- Finished fourth in 400m hurdles at MAC Outdoor Championships with a PR of 54.22
- Set PR in 200m (23.58) at Flag City Open (indoor)
- Placed fifth in 110m hurdles at Billy Hayes Invitational, setting a PR in the process (15.08)
- Part of first-place 4x400 relay at Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (outdoor) with a time of 3:19.25

2019-20 HIGHLIGHTS
- Set PRs in 60m (7.42) and 60m hurdles (8.65) at GVSU Big Meet (indoor)
- Finished 400m in personal-best time of 51.67 at Steemer Showcase (indoor)
PRIOR TO MIAMI
- Ran track for four years at St. Ignatius, graduating with school’s 60m hurdle record
- Was named All-Ohio in 2019 in the 110m hurdles
- Competed in state meet from 2017-2019, running in 110m hurdle finals each year
- Also reached the finals of the 300m hurdles and 4x100 at 2019 state meet
- Played four years of high school football, earning two varsity letters as a safety
