2007: Had a break-out season, notching 103 tackles, second best among all RedHawk defenders ... also ranked second in tackles for loss (11 for 34 yards) and one QB sack ... intercepted one pass (vs. CMU) and recovered one fumble (vs. Minnesota) ... in his first collegiate start (vs. Ball State), he registered a Miami season-high 17 tackles .... sat out the Vanderbilt game due to an injury, but started 11 of the team[apos]s other 12 games ... chosen by Phil Steele[apos]s Magazine as a Third-Team All-MAC performer.
2006: Earned his first varsity letter as a true freshman, seeing action in 11 of 12 games, totaling 11 tackles ... primarily used as a special teams player, but did see spot duty at linebacker.
