2018-19: Named Miami's Co-Male Athlete of the Year ... Outdoor - Ran in eight meets ... finished 17th in the 800m at the NCAA National Championships (6/5-8) with a 1:50.48 run and was named Honorable Mention All-American ... reached the national meet with a 1:49.72 tenth-place finish at NCAA East Regionals (5/23-25) and just missed qualification in the 1500m after finishing 20th at regionals ... was named MAC Most Valuable Performer after taking home a trio of titles at the conference championship meet (5/9-11) ... won the 800 (1:48.53), 1500 (3:54.03), and 5000 (15:00.76); his 800 time was a personal record and the third-best time in Miami history ... set a PR in the 1500 with a 3:44.24 run at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-20) to place second, the seventh-best Miami all-time mark ... won the 800 at both the Ball State Challenge (4/12-13) and Blizzard Buster (3/23) ... named Academic All-MAC ... named a MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete. High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country under coach John O'Malley where he helped lead the Eagles to an IHSA cross country state title in 2015… four-time All-State in track and one-time All-State in cross country… 2015 state champion in 4x800… 2016 state champion in 1600m and 4x800, setting a state record in the latter with a time of 7:37… personal best of 4:03.42 in the 1600m… his PR of 1:47.95 in the 800m is #10 in the U.S. all-time… twice participated in the Nike Cross National Qualifiers in Portland, Oregon… won national championship at the 2016 New Balance Indoor Nationals in New York City, ranking #5 in the U.S. with a 17:16.36 time… ran in the 2016 Brooks PR Invitational in Seattle.
