2019-19: Outdoor - Ran in eight meets ... finished fifth in the steeplechase at the MAC Championships (5/9-11) with a run of 9:11.19 ...  set a personal record in the steeple with a 9:06.36 run in the Virginia Challenge (4/19-20), taking 9th ... had a personal best run of 3:51.58 at the Billy Hays Invite (5/2) to finish 6th ... finished second in the steeplechase (9:09.28) at the Nikoloff Invitational (4/6) ... won the 1500m at the Ball State Challenge (4/12-13) with a 3:54.35. Indoor - Ran in four meets ... had a personal best mile time of 4:16.93 at GVSU's Big Meet (2/8-9) and finished third ... won the mile at Cedarville (2/1) with a 4:20.44. Cross Country - Competed in five meets ... set a PR at Wilmington's Jenna Strong Invitational (10/12) with a run of 25:25.9 ... finished ninth at the RedHawk Rumble (9/22). 

2017-18: Outdoor – Ran in seven meets … took ninth in the steeplechase with a personal-best 9:20.02 at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … took fourth in the steeplechase (9:27:73) at the Jesse Owens Classic (4/20-21). Indoor –Competed in two meets … finished 14th in the mile run (4:25.71) at the Buckeye Tune-Up (2/16). Cross Country – Ran in four meets … top 8K time was 27:00.2 at the Commodore Classic (9/16).

2016-17: Outdoor – Competed in six meets … top performance was a fifth-place showing in the steeplechase (9:43.05) at the Indiana State Twilight (5/6). Indoor – Raced in three meets … finished runner-up in the mile (4:20.48) at the Findlay Meet for Everyone (2/17). Cross Country – Did not compete.

High School: Ran cross country and track all four years for the Red Raiders … was named All-Conference and All-Region each of his four years … holds the record for the 4x800m with a 7:51 … personal bests of 9:24 in the 3200m, 4:20 in the 1600m, 1:55 in the 800m, and 14:46 in the three mile … honor student.
