2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in six meets ... finished fourth in the 10K at the MAC Championships (5/9-11) with a personal best run of 31:39.04 ... had a PR run of 14:28.07 at Raleigh Relays (3/29-30) in the 5000m .... finished third in the 5K at Ball State (4/12-13) with a run of 14:55.67 ... had a personal best in the 1500m at the Blizzard Buster (3/23) with a 3:58.21 ... named Academic All-MAC ... named a MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete. Indoor - Ran in five meets ... had a PR at Grand Vallet State (2/8-9) in the 3000m, running an 8:22.19 to take 13th ... finished ninth in the 3000m at both the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) and Kentucky's Jim Green Invitational (1/11-12). Cross Country- Ran in five races ... took 17th at the MAC Championship (10/27) with a run of 25:08.8, his best of the season ... finished 16th at Pre-Nationals (10/13) with a run of 25:15.0 ... named Academic All-MAC.

2017-18: Outdoor – Ran in five meets … named Academic All-MAC … picked up a fifth-place finish in the 5000m (14:45.30) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … finished the 5000m in a personal-best 14:35.04 to take fourth at the Jesse Owens Classic (4/20-21). Indoor – Competed in four meets … claimed 10th place in the mile run (4:22.53) at the Buckeye Tune-Up (2/16). Cross Country – Raced in seven meets … named Academic All-MAC … earned Second-Team All-MAC honors for a 14th-place finish (25:12.1) at the MAC Championship (10/28) … took 90th (32:53.0) at the Great Lakes Regional (11/10).

2016-17: Outdoor – Ran in six meets … finished runner-up in the 10,000m (31:46.23) at the All-Ohio Championships (4/15) … placed ninth in the 5000m (season-best 14:52.95) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7-8). Indoor – Competed in three meets … took eighth in the 3000m (8:54.10) at the Indiana Relays (1/27-28). Cross Country – Raced in seven meets … finished third (26:06.2) at the All-Ohio Championship (9/30) … notched a 27th-place finish (26:16.8) at the MAC Championship (10/29).

High School: four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field at Jerome High School… personal record of 4:15 in 1600, 9:03 in 3200, and 15:04 in 5K… school record-holder in 1600, 3200, and 5K… two-time Cross Country MVP and two-time Track MVP for distance… United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award winner… qualified for states in Cross Country his freshman and junior years… ran at Indoor Track State Championship Meet junior and senior years… ran at Outdoor championships senior year… named All-Conference, All-District, and All-Region cross country freshman and junior years… also named to All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and All-State teams for track… ran for Team Ohio at 2015 Mid-East Cross Country Championships.
