2008 Cross Country: Ran in three of the six races this season (two team and one open)... placed 33rd at the MAC Championship with a time of 18:11.4... ran a 22.49.5 in the open division at pre-nationals... other race was a 70th-place standing (23:08) at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree.
2007-08: Track and Field -- Indoor, limited participation yet finished second in the 5000m (17:46.06) at the All Ohio Indoor Championships... at the MAC Indoor Championships she again finished second in the 5000m with a time of 17:18.87 and had a season best, and top 10 finish, in the 3000m (10:04.51)... outdoors, finished strong in each meet she participated... third in the Coastal Carolina/Shamrock Invitational, third in the Southern Ohio Cup, top five at the Miami Team Challenge, third at the All Ohio Championships (season best 17:15.51), top five at the Jesse Owens Track Classic and a top 10 finish at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Cross Country -- Competed in all seven team races... placed in the top 20 in all conference races including the MAC Championships and finished in the top 100 at the NCAA Regionals... ran her season-best time at the MAC Championships (18:23.9)... earned her best finish at the Cedarville Invitational 5K in 18:45 for 11th place
2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven races... turned in back-to-back scoring finishes in the season[apos]s final two meets, as she was the fourth Miami finisher at both the conference and regional meets... finished fourth on the team and 42nd overall at her first career MAC meet (21:55)... ran career-best 5K time of 19:50 at the season-opening Dayton Flyer Invitational (Sept. 2)... turned in career-best 6K time of 23:35 at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (Oct. 14). Track and Field -- Indoors, turned in career-best time in the 3,000 meters (10:55.14) at the Findlay Classic... added season-best time in the 5,000 meters (18:14.05) at the MAC Indoor Championships, where she finished 16th... outdoors, ran a career-best and team-best time in the 5,000 meters (17:59.79) at the Stan Lyons Invitational... added season-best time in the 10,000 meters (40:24.09) at the MAC Outdoor Championships, where she finished 17th.
2005-06: Cross Country -- Competed in four of Miami[apos]s eight races... top team finish was ninth at the Cedarville Invitational (Sept. 17)... top 5K time of the season (20:47) and top overall finish (56th) also came at the Cedarville Invitational... also competed in the Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30), All-Ohio (Oct. 7) and Pre-NCAA meet (Oct. 15). Track and Field -- Competed in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters during the indoor season... clocked in with top 3,000-meter time (11:02.74) at the Ball State Triangular... ran top 5,000-meter time (19:15.48) at the All-Ohio... outdoors, competed in the 5,000 meters, turning in a season-best time (18:49.08) at the Southern Illinois Invitational.
High School: Three-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field... member of Centerville team that was district and GNOC Champions in 2004... ran a personal-best of 20:10 in cross country.
Personal: Born April 29, 1987... daughter of Candee and Jim Hollander... majoring in international business.
