2009-10: Cross Country -- Competed in four races ... ran a 6K personal-best time of 23:58 at the Spartan Invitational Sep. 18, finishing 64th overall (ninth on the team) ... was eighth on the team and 25th overall at the season-opening Dayton 5K Invitational in a 5K personal-best time of 19:18 ... at Pre-Nationals, placed seventh on the team in 24:13 (235th overall). Track and Field -- Indoors, took sixth place at the All-Ohio Championships (2/13/10) in the 3K with a season-best time of 10:36.12 ... ran the mile in four of her seven meets with her season-best time of 5:14.90 coming at the Gladstein Invitational (1/22/10) where she was 11th ... ran the 800m at the Ball State Quad (2/19/10) in 2:29.74 and placed 15th. Outdoors, posted a season-best 3000m steeplechase time of 11:36.07, good for 11th at the All-Ohio Championships (4/17/10) ... ran a career-best 1500m in 4:48.99 at the Miami Invitational, taking 12th (4/10/10).
2008-09: Cross Country -- Ran in the first two meets of the year ... finished 39th at the Dayton 5K (20:14) ... posted a 6K time of 25:07 at the Spartan Invitational. Track and Field -- Finished 10th in the 5000m at the Miami Invitational in a career-best time of 18:15.12 ... finished fifth in the 10,000m at the All-Ohio Championships (39:05.07) ... season-best time in the 1500m came at the Stan Lyons Invitational where she finished 23rd (4:53.51) ... competed in four races indoors ... top time of 5:32.12 in the mile at BGSU Challenge and 19:00.64 for the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet.
High School: A four-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Solon ... captained both teams in her senior season ...
