2008-09: Cross Country -- Second-Team All-Mid-American Conference ... Academic All-MAC ... All-Great Lakes Region ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... participated in all six races ... placed 23rd (21:54.5) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional as Miami[apos]s top finisher ... finished ninth at the MAC Championship (17:34.1) ... also finished in the top-10 at the Dayton 5K (sixth in 18:40) ... posted her best 6K time at pre-nationals (21:23.2). Track and Field -- Competed in just three races during the outdoor season ... finished fifth in the 3000m at the Tiger Track Classic in a Miami season-best time of 9:51.38 ... took home seventh in the 5000m at the Drake Relays (17:07.00) ... finished ninth in the 5000m at the MAC Championships ... competed in four races indoors ... placed fourth in the 3000m at the MAC Indoor Championships (9:59.41) ... won the mile at the BGSU Women[apos]s Challenge (5:05.42).
2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in every event ... finished in the top-25 in six of the seven meets ... recorded her season-best time at the MAC Championship when she finished in 18:25.4 (18th) ... finished in the top-20 at the opening three meets (Dayton 5K, Queen City and Cedarville Invitationals), with her highest finish of 6th at Cedarville ... finished 65th at the NCAA Regionals in a time of 22:44.34. Track and Field -- Indoors, won the 5000m race at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet ... earned top-five at the All-Ohio Championships ... ran a season-best time of 17:41.77 for a top-10 spot at the MAC Indoor Championships.
2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in six of the seven races ... finished fifth on the team and 56th overall at the MAC Championship (22:16) ... was the top Miami finisher at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 6) ... ran season-best 5K time of 18:53 at the Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 29) ... turned in top 6K time of 22:41 at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (Oct. 14). Track and Field -- Competed only in the indoor season, posting season-best times in the 3,000 meters (10:21.26) and the 5,000 meters (18:12.84) at the MAC Championships ... won the 3,000 meters at the Ball State/Western Michigan Triangular.
High School: Three-time all-district honoree ... qualified for three straight state track meets in the 4x800 meter relay and 3,200 meters ... member of 4x800 meter relay team that finished second at the state meet in 2005 ... three-time Academic All-Ohio selection ... lettered four seasons in track and field ... also earned three letters in field hockey .
