2010-11: Cross Country -- Ran in Miami[apos]s first six races with her best finish coming at the Miami Invitational where she took 15th overall as Miami[apos]s second finisher in 19:28 ... posted a personal-best 5K time of 19:04.3 at the All-Ohio Championship in the open division while taking 29th overall at the Flyer 5K Challenge ... ran a personal-best 6K time of 23:11 at the Penn State National Meet where she was Miami[apos]s eighth finisher (155th overall) ... at the MAC Championship finished 74th overall as Miami[apos]s ninth finisher in 23:28.7.
2009-10: Cross Country -- Ran in just two races, both in the open division ... clocked in at the 5K All-Ohio Championship in 21:10.4 ... ran a 24:03.7 at Pre-Nationals (6K). Track and Field -- Indoors, finished seventh in the 5000m at the All-Ohio Championships in 18:53.07 (2/13/10) ... ran the 3000m twice with a season-best time of 11:01.73 at the BGSU Challenge (1/16/10) while taking ninth at the Oiler Opener (12/5/09) ... ran the mile once, taking 10th in 5:28.72 at the Ball State Quad (2/19/10). Outdoors, finished 11th at the MAC Championships with a season-best 10,000m time of 37:12.61 (5/15/10) ... recorded a season-best 3000m time of 10:28.49 to claim fifth place at the Vanderbilt Invitational (3/27/10) ... had a season-best 5000m time of 18:07.89 at the Miami Invitational (4/10/10) to place 10th ... was the runner up in the 10K at the All-Ohio Championships in 37:39.11.
2008-09: Cross Country -- Competed in four of the RedHawks[apos] six races (one open) ... did not participate at the conference or regional meet ... top finish was 23rd at the Dayton 5K in 19:33 ... posted a season-best 6K time of 23:21 at the Cowboy Jamboree. Track and Field -- Competed in two races during the outdoor season ... clocked in at 5:03.2 in the 1500m at the Stan Lyon Invitational ... placed second in the 10,000m at the All-Ohio Championships in 38:38.49, the second-best time by a RedHawk on the season ... ran four races indoors ... finished ninth in the 3,000m at the Kent State Duals with a time of 10:58.67 ... placed seventh in the 5,000m at the GVSU Big Meet in 18:39.21.
High School: Placed eighth in the 3200m at the Alabama 4A-6A Championships with a time of 11:35.33 ... ran a 11:32.79 in the 3200m at sectionals ... set a personal best of 11:31.20 in the 3200m at the King of the Mountain Invitational ... in cross country, she ran a personal best of 11:34.80 in the two mile at the Mobile Challenge of Champions ... had a personal best of 18:36.38 in the three mile ... ran the 5000m in 19:01.53 at the Alabama Cross Country Championships.
