2009-10: Cross Country -- Second-Team All-MAC ... missed the first four races of the year with an injury before returning for the final two races of the year ... was Miami[apos]s top finisher and placed 19th overall at the Great Lakes Regional in a career-best 6K time of 21:34.14, which ranks her sixth all-time at the 6K distance in Miami history ... placed 12th overall (fourth on the team) at the MAC Championship in 23:02.2, her first race back from injury. Track and Field -- Academic All-MAC (indoors and outdoors) ... Second-Team All-MAC (indoors and outdoors) ... three-time MAC Track Athlete of the Week (12/8/09, 2/10/10 and 4/29/10) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... indoors, broke the school record in the 5000m with a time of 16:40.13 at the Meyo Invitational (2/5/10) where she took second place ... also took second in the 5K in 17:08.46 at the MAC Championships (2/26/10) ... competed in the 3000m at the MAC Championships as well and placed third in 10:00.62 ... ran a season-best 3K time of 9:38.84 (fourth-best time in school history) at the Gladstein Invitational (1/22/10) to finish second and won the 3K at the Oiler Opener (12/5/09) ... ran the mile once, taking third in 4:58.51 at the BGSU Challenge (1/16/10). 2008-09: Cross Country -- First-Team All-Mid-American Conference ... Academic All-MAC ... competed in all six events ... was the RedHawks[apos] top runner at the MAC Championship, finishing third in a school-record time of 17:10 ... also finished in the top-10 at the Dayton 5K (fifth) and at the Spartan Invite (ninth) ... posted her best 6K time (21:52.6) at pre-nationals ... placed 57th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. Track and Field -- Academic All-MAC ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... MidEast Regional Qualifier ... had season cut short due to injury ... won the 5,000m at the All-Ohio Championships, crossing the line in 16:46.00 ... finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Drake Relays in a career-best time of 16:45.99, which ranks third in Miami history in the event and was a regional qualifying time ... won the 3,000m at the South Florida Quad ... clocked a career-best 3,000m time of 9:54.77 at the Tiger Track Classic ... indoors, finished fourth at the MAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000m ... finished second in the mile at the BGSU Women[apos]s Challenge.

Track and Field -- Redshirted.
High School: Member of the 2006 Michigan state champion cross country team and two-time regional champion squad ... ran a personal best of 17:52 in the 5,000 meters ... on the track, recorded times of 11:00 in the 3200 meters and 5:14 in the 1600 meters ... three-time all-state honoree in cross country, all-state in track as a senior ... earned eight varsity letters at Adams High School .
