2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in all six of Miami[apos]s races... clocked in second on the team and second overall at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University...finished forth on the team and fifteenth overall at the MAC Championship...tied third with fellow RedHawk Michael Veatch at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge...placed eleventh at the George Mason Invitational...turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (25:03)
2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven of Miami[apos]s races ... finished in the scoring five at all seven races, placing third on the team six times ... posted a pair of top-four overall finishes to open the season at the Flyer 5K Challenge and Miami Invitational ... placed third on the team and 30th overall at the MAC Championship ... was one of three Miamians to place in the top 30 at the conference meet ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (25:29). Track and Field -- All-MAC Academic Team ... ran in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships, finishing 11th in the preliminaries (4:02.47) ... ran career-best times in three distance events during the 2007 season ... clocked in with career-best time in the 1,500 meters (3:54.81) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... ran career-best time in the 3,000 meters (8:33.38) at the Wake Forest Open ... posted career-best time in the 5,000 meters (15:10.52) at Miami Invitational ... one of a league-high seven Miamians named to the all-MAC academic team.
2005-06: Cross Country -- Redshirted. Track and Field -- Competed in a variety of distance events, running the 1,500 meters, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters during the season ... at the MAC Championships, finished 13th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:20.79 ... notched season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:01.03) at the Southern Ohio Cup ... clocked in with season-best time in the 3,000 meters (8:41.69) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... ran top time of the year in the 5,000 meters (15:13.97) at the Miami Invitational.
High School: Member of the All-Ohio first-team in track in 2005 ... selected first-team all-conference in track as a senior for the 800 meters, 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters ... named second-team all-conference in the 4x800 meter relay ... first-team All-Ohio in cross country as a senior ... captained both the cross country (two years) and track (one year) teams ... posted top times in the 1,600 meters (4:20.06) and 3,200 meters (9:31) ... lettered in four sports, cross country (4), track and field (3), basketball (2) and baseball (1) at Beachwood.
