2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in five of Miami[apos]s seven races, including the MAC Championship ... posted one scoring finish, placing fifth on the team at the Miami Invitational ... top overall finish of the season was seventh at the Miami Invitational ... placed ninth on the team and 57th overall at the MAC Championship ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Miami Invitational (26:18). Track and Field -- Ran season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:15.22) at the Southern Ohio Cup ... indoors, competed in the mile and 3,000 meters ... turned in season-best times in the mile (4:28.04) and 3,000 meters (8:50.00).
