Competed in all seven races, scoring in five of them ... finished in 13th place at the MAC Championships tying his career-best 8K time of 25:02 that he also ran at the Notre Dame Invitational this year when he finished 94th (both times he was third on the team) ... clocked in with a 10K time of 32:55 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, placing 66th overall and fourth on the team ... took home seventh place at the Dayton 5K challenge in a time of 15:42 (third on the team). Track and Field -- Academic All-MAC ... CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Second-Team Academic All-District IV ... ran a Miami season-best 3,000 meter time of 8:50.51 to win the South Florida Quad ... finished ninth in the 10,000 meters at the MAC Championships in a time of 32:22.88 ... recorded Miami[apos]s top 10,000m time of the season at the All-Ohio Championships, finishing fourth with a career-best time of 30:53.41, which ranked fifth in the MAC heading into the league championships ... clocked a season-best time of 14:58.28 in the 5,000 meters at the Jesse Owens Invitational ... also ran the 1,500 meters at the Miami Invitational, where he clocked in at 4:01.29 for 15th place. 2007-08: Cross Country -- All-MAC Academic team ... competed in all six of Miami[apos]s races, including the George Mason Invitational and the MAC Championship ... placed seventh at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University with a time of 26:20.00 ... clocked in sixth on the team and 15th overall at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (25:31).
