2007-08: Cross Country--Named MAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 4, Sept. 11, and Oct. 16... All-MAC Academic Team ... one of three Miamians honored as the conference runner of the week ... competed in all seven of Miami[apos]s races, placing first on the team at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational and MAC Championship ... earned MAC Runner of the Week honors after placing sixth at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational ... posted three straight top-six overall finishes to open the season, including a pair of third-place finishes at the Flyer 5K Challenge and Miami Invitational ... placed 26th overall at the MAC Championship... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (24:58). Track and Field -- NCAA MidEast Regional Qualifier ... All-MAC Academic Team ... 2005-06: Cross Country -- Competed in all six of Miami[apos]s races ... finished in the scoring five at the MAC Championships (Oct. 29), placing fifth on the team and 21st overall ... ran top 8K time of the season at the MAC Championships (25:52) ... had pair of top-25 finishes at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (10th; Sept. 3) and the conference meet (21st) ... finished seventh on the team at the Great Lakes Regional (35:30; Nov. 12) in only 10K race of the season.
