2014-2015: Academic All-MAC ... competed in four events at MAC Championships ... finished eighth in the 100-yard butterfly (49.34) ... finished second in the same event against Ball State and sixth against Buffalo ... earned ninth place in the 200-yard butterfly at MAC Championships (1:49.18) ... finished second in the same event against Ball State ... swam a leg of the 400-yard medley relay at MAC Championships (3:16.07) ... was also part of the 200-yard medley relay at MAC Champs, finished fifth (1:29.95) ... finished third in the same event against Buffalo and Ball State ... was part of the record-breaking 200-yard medley relay team. 2013-2014: Stafford began his college swimming career with first-place finishes in the 200 medley relay and 100 freestyle. He earned wins in the 200 medley relay, 200 butterfly and 100 butterfly against Cleveland State. Against Purdue, Stafford was third in the 200 medley relay and took first in the 200 butterfly and 500 freestyle. At the Miami Invitational, he took third in the 800 freestyle relay, first in the 200 butterfly, 27th in the 200 freestyle, fourth in the 400 medley relay, fifth in the 100 butterfly and eighth in the 400 freestyle relay. He finished first against Cincinnati in the 200 medley relay and 200 IM. He took ninth in the 100 breaststroke against the Bearcats. Stafford was a first-place finisher against Evansville in the 1000 freestyle and 500 freestyle. Against Buffalo, he took second in the 200 medley relay, 200 butterfly and 100 butterfly. He finished third, against the Bulls, in the 200 freestyle relay. Stafford contributed to a first-place finish in the 200 medley relay for the RedHawks against Eastern Michigan. He also earned fourth-place finishes in the 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay. He took first in the 100 butterfly against the Eagles. Against Ball State, Stafford took second in the 200 backstroke and first in the 200 freestyle relay. At the MAC Championships, Stafford took fourth in the 400 medley relay, ninth in the 100 butterfly and fourth in the 200 butterfly.
