WEDNESDAY'S GAME: Miami rides a two-game win streak to start the season into Wednesday's game and is coming off an decisive 104-75 win against Lamar in its home opener on Saturday. The RedHawks are amidst a four-game home stretch as they host Stetson University at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17.
ABOUT STETSON: The Hatters enter Wednesday's game with a 1-1 mark and are coming off a 77-52 loss at Georgia Tech on Friday after a 74-67 win against Florida Memorial last Tuesday to open the season. Chase Johnston averages 16.5 ppg, while Rob Perry averages 13.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg for the Hatters.
THE SERIES WITH THE HATTERS: Wednesday is the first meeting between Miami and Stetson, marking the third straight opponent Miami is facing for the first time.

Mekhi Lairy burst out of the gates with a 23-point effort at Georgia Tech on Nov. 9, while junior guard
Dae Dae Grant followed that with a 20-point performance against Lamar. Lairy was 9-of-19 from the field against Georgia Tech, knocking down three triples and going 2-for-3 from the free-throw line. It was one off his career high and tied a career-high for field goals. Grant was 7-of-12 from the field, including 6-of 11 from 3-point range against the Cardinals.
CHART CLIMBER: Senior forward
Dalonte Brown became the 37th member of Miami's 1,000 Point Club last season and enters Miami's next game with 1,254 points to rank 19th all time. He is two points away from moving into 18th on the list and 23 from the No. 17 total of 1,277. Brown cracked Miami's career top-10 list for games played and is six appearances away from tying the all-time record of 126. He also has made 113 starts to rank seventh all-time and is five away from Ron Harper's record of 118 career starts.
1,000 POINT WATCH: Entering the RedHawks' next game with 794 career points, senior guard
Mekhi Lairy could become the 38th member of the 1,000 Point Club. Lairy is averaging 19.0 ppg to start the season and would reach the milestone in the next six games at his current pace.
RAINING THREES: Miami poured on the triples in its 104-75 win against Lamar, draining 12 in the first half on the way to a 17-trey effort against the Cardinals, which ties for second on the RedHawks' single-game list. MU shot 60.0 percent from long range in the opening half and 53.1 percent for the game.

- Senior forward Precious Ayah is closing in on the century mark for games played, entering Miami's next game having played in 95.
- Miami amassed 27 assists against Lamar, which ties for eighth on Miami's single-game list, while committing just 12 turnovers for a 2.25 assist/turnover ratio.
- The 104 points are the most for the RedHawks since a 119-52 win against Wilberforce on Dec. 30, 2019, which was also Miami's last 100-point scoring effort.
- With the win, Miami moved to 94-23 in home openers.
- The RedHawks shot an impressive 57.6 from the field and a sizzling 60.0 percent from 3-point range in the first half against Lamar. Last year, MU captured a 69-64 win at Northern Illinois (Feb. 20), a 96-54 win at Central Michigan (Feb. 23), a 74-66 win at Western Michigan (Feb. 25) and an 84-79 overtime win at Bowling Green on Mar. 2 last season. It was the first time since 2008-09 Miami had won four-straight road games. The RedHawks were 5-6 in road contests last season.
