Welcome to the Field of 76
With the NCAA Tournament expanding to 76 teams beginning in 2027, the Field of 68 is evolving to the Field of 76. While the name is changing, the purpose remains the same: supporting a championship-caliber program committed to being among the nation’s elite.
The 2025-26 season was one for the record books. Miami completed a perfect 31-0 regular season, captured the MAC Regular-Season Championship, earned a national ranking as high as No. 19, and finished with a program-record 32 victories. Under the leadership of Head Coach Travis Steele, the RedHawks established themselves as one of the premier mid-major programs in the country.
Membership in the Field of 76 provides the resources necessary to recruit, develop, and retain championship-caliber student-athletes, enhance the student-athlete experience, and position Miami Basketball as one of the preeminent programs in the Group of 6.

FIELD OF 76
This Fundraising initiative brings together 76 Miami Basketball donors, each contributing $1,000 or more per year to Miami Basketball. This elite group enjoys special access to the program, including Zoom Calls with Coach Steele, pregame rundowns, gameday experiences and other behind-the-scenes opportunities.
SWEET 16
The Sweet 16 is a premier group of donors within the Field of 76 who contribute $5,000 or more annually. This circle will receive a special Miami Basketball gift as a thank-you for investing in this historic program.

RED BRICK LEGACY MEN’S BASKETBALL FUND
Created to empower student-athletes to maximize their legacy during their time on campus, the Red Brick Legacy Men’s Basketball Fund provides essential resources, scholarships and Name, Image and Likeness opportunities needed to compete at the highest level.
