OXFORD, Ohio - A national television audience will see inside Millett Hall as the Miami University men's basketball team hosts Buffalo on Friday. Tip is at 7 p.m. and it will air live from coast-to-coast on CBS Sports Network. An audio broadcast will be available on the Miami Sports Network from Van Wagner.

SWOOP'S KIDS CLUB DAY/CARNIVAL ON THE CONCOURSE: Friday's game is Swoop's Kids Club Day and all members are encouraged to attend! There will the fan favorite Carnival on the Concourse, which will feature activities and inflatables on the West Concourse for all kids to enjoy pregame. Swoop's Kids Club members will be able to participate in the fan tunnel and ball delivery and compete in some halftime activities. There will be 10 minutes of open court play after the game. BROWN WITH DOUBLE-DOUBLE: Playing near his hometown of Toledo in front of several friends and family members, junior forward Dalonte Brown recorded his fourth double-double of the season in Tuesday's game at Bowling Green. He led the RedHawks with 20 points and 11 rebounds in 30 minutes of action. Miami's second leading scorer at 13.1 points per game, he is now only 165 points away from becoming the 37th member of the RedHawks' 1,000 career points club. Brown also leads Miami by bringing in 6.7 rebounds per game, which ranks 12th in the MAC.

SEASON-HIGH OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS: The RedHawks showed their rebounding prowess on Tuesday, bringing in a season-high 19 offensive rebounds. Brown led the way with five, while senior forward Bam Bowman brought in four. Seven different Miami players had at least one offensive rebound in the game.

ABOUT BUFFALO: After graduating five seniors off the greatest team they ever had, the Bulls have entered a new era with a new head coach. So far this season they are 9-6, but have started 0-2 in the MAC. After dropping a 73-72 decision to Northern Illinois in their conference opener, they fell at Ball State, 88-68, in their last game on Tuesday. Buffalo is averaging 79.4 points per game, but is giving up an average of 76.8 points to its opponents. Five different Bulls average in double figures, led by junior guard Jayvon Graves at 16.7 points per game. Sophomore forward Josh Mballa, a transfer from Texas Tech, averages a near double-double at 10.4 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

THE SERIES WITH THE BULLS: Miami leads the all-time series with Buffalo, 25-20. The Bulls have won four of the last five however, including both matches last season. On Jan. 12, 2019 in Buffalo, the Bulls came into the game ranked 19th in the nation. Despite this the RedHawks hung with them the entire first half, trailing by only four at the break. Buffalo came out and scored 52 points in the second half to come away with an 88-64 win. Nike Sibande led Miami with 18 points. On March 1, 2019 in Oxford, the Bulls came in ranked 21st and jumped to an 18-0 lead at the first media timeout. The 'Hawks showed a lot of heart as they chipped away at the advantage, pulling as close as four points with 2:31 remaining before falling, 77-69. Sibande and Dalonte Brown led Miami with 15 points each.
