2015-16 Track & Field/Cross Country: Outdoor – Named Academic All-MAC … ran in five meets … took eighth in the 10,000m (personal-best 32:23.13) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/12-14) … placed third in the steeplechase (personal-best 9:38.13) at the Ball State Challenge (4/15-16). Indoor – Ran in three meets … took second in the mile (4:27.05) at the Cedarville Invite (2/5). Cross Country – Named Academic All-MAC … raced in six meets … scored with a 28th-place finish (25:43.5) at the MAC Championship (10/31) … finished 106th (32:58.9) at the Great Lakes Regional (11/13) 10K course … top finish was 18th (16:17.5) at the Flyer 5K.
2015 Track & Field: Competed in six meets for the Red and White … posted his top 5000m time of 15:50.26 at the Wake Forrest Open … posted his top 1500m time of 4:15.53 at the Miami Invitational … ran his top 10,000m time of 33:20.75 at the All-Ohio Championships … took on the 3000m steeplechase at the Kentucky Relays finishing in 9:58.01.
2014 Cross Country: Did not compete in the 2014 cross country season.
High School/Previous College: Ran collegiately at Wisconsin-Stevens Point … posting personal bests of 4:31.13 (mile run), 9:02.78 (3000m), 15:54.92 (indoor 5000m) and 10:20.40 (steeplechase) … lettered three times in track & field and twice in cross country at Lyons Township High School … helped lead team to a third-place finish at the IHSA State Cross Country Championship … four-year honor roll member who also earned Academic All-West Suburban Conference honors.
