2017-18: Outdoor – Competed in four meets … took third in the steeplechase (11:20.21) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/6-7). Indoor – Ran in five meets … top finish was third at the Anderson Invite thanks to a 5:17.78 in the mile … also took fourth in the 800m at Anderson with a 2:32.30 … ended season with a PR 10:24.55 in the 3000m at the Buckeye Tune-Up. Cross Country – Ran in seven meets … finished eighth (23:06.1) at the RedHawk Rumble (9/23) … top time was 22:26.5 at Pre-Nationals (10/14) … finished 50th (22:30.1) at the MAC Championship (10/28) … finished the course in 22:43.6 (112th) at the Great Lakes Regional (11/10).
2016-17: Outdoor – Ran in six meets … finished 16th in the steeplechase (11:37.46) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … took runner-up in the steeplechase (11:09.83) at the All-Ohio Championships (4/15). Indoor – Appeared in four meets … clocked a season-best 5000m of 17:46.65 (19th) at the GVSU Big Meet (2/10-11). Cross Country – Raced in four meets … top 6K time was 23:08.5 at the Spartan Invitational (9/16).
