2013: Cross Country -- Has competed in two out of the three meets so far this season, finishing seventh among the RedHawks in both ... his first 5K time for the season came from the Miami Invite (Sept. 7), in which he ran 15:27.0 ... his first 8K time for the season came from the Bluegrass Invite (Sept. 14), in which he ran 25:49.43.
