2018-19: Outdoor - Saw action in four meets ... ran a personal-best 51.25 in the 400 at the Blizzard Buster (3/23), taking ninth ... was on Miami's winning 4x400 team at the RedHawk Invitational (4/20) ... named Academic All-MAC. Indoor - Ran in two meets ... put up a PR 1:26.08 run at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2) in the 600m, taking 21st.
2017-18: Outdoor – Raced in three meets … took 10th in the 400m (52.48) at the Miami Duals (4/14). Indoor – Did not compete.
High School: Picked up four letters in track & field, two in cross country and one more in football … two-time regional qualifier and competed at districts all four years … named third-team all-league as a junior … graduated summa cum laude … earned the National Federation of State High School Associations Award of Excellence.
Personal: Born March 20, 1999 … parents are Beth Poulos and Steve Segur … majoring in biological physics and premedical studies… enjoys fishing, basketball, tennis, running, snowboarding, hiking and kayaking.
