2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in six meets … took eighth in the steeplechase at the MAC Championship (5/9-11) with a 10:53.98 run … personal best in the steeple was a 10:50.75 mark at the Jesse Owens Classic (4/26-27) … won the steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-20) with a time of 11:00.48 … set a PR in the 1500 at the Ball State Challenge (4/12-13) with a 4:34.50 … Academic All-MAC. Indoor - Competed at seven meets … was part of a distance medley relay team that took the bronze at the MAC Indoor Championship (2/22-23) with a 11:46.63 run … finished 13th in the mile at the MAC meet … set a season-best in the mile at Grand Valley State (2/9) with a 4:58.69 to finish second … best mark in the 3000m was a 9:57.66 at Indiana’s Gladstein Invitational (1/18-19) to finish third … named Academic All-MAC. Cross Country - Ran in seven meets … finished 33rd at the MAC Championship (10/27) … season-best 6K time was a 22:15.8 run at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (10/13) where she finished 30th … took seventh at Notre Dame (9/28) with a 17:52.7 … Academic All-MAC. 

2017-18: Outdoor – Did not compete. Indoor – Ran in seven of Miami’s meets … made season debut at Kentucky Invite and finished 13th in the mile with a 5:06.04 … member of fourth-place DMR squad at Gladstein Invitational … placed seventh in the mile at the Indiana Relays with a 5:06.07 … broke five-minute mark in the mile at the Alex Wilson with a 4:58.73 … finished 20th in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships with a 5:21.13 … was named Academic All-MAC. Cross Country –Competed in five meets … began season with PR in 5k at Indiana Open with an 18:52.1 … top finish was 16th at RedHawk Rumble with 23:44.7 … was one of three ‘Hawks to set a PR in the 6k at the Sam Bell Invitational with 23:04.0 … finished 162nd at adidas Pre-Nationals with 23:22.7 … named Academic All-MAC. 

2016-17: Outdoor – Appeared in six meets … took 10th in the steeplechase (11:05.85) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … finished fourth in the 1500m (4:42.94) at the RedHawk Invitational (4/29). Indoor – Competed in four meets … placed eighth in the mile (5:11.21) at the GVSU Big Meet (2/10-11). Cross Country – Raced in four meets … top 6K time was 23:32.6 (73rd) at the Spartan Invitational (9/16).

High School: Lettered four years at Liberty in track and cross country … holds school record in 800m with a time of 2:13.71 … also holds senior XC record of 18:10 … ran XC at state meet in 2014 … placed 13th in 4x800m state meet in 2013 and 2015 … placed 9th with a time of 2:13.71 in the 800m at the 2016 state meet … named All-State cross country 2015.
