2006-07: Competed in the sprint and distance freestyle events ... turned in career-best performances in the 50 freestyle (22.14) and 200 freestyle (1:43.43) at the MAC Championships ... added a season-best time in the 100 freestyle (47.76) at the conference meet ... swam the third leg on Miami[apos]s 800- freestyle relay team at the MAC meet that clocked in with a season-best time of 6:47.20.
2005-06: Swam in nine of Miami[apos]s ten meets, competing in the sprint and distance freestyle, butterfly and individual medley events ... turned in a pair of career-best times at the MAC Championships in the 200 free (1:43.92) and the 500 free (4:43.58) ... also notched a season-best time in the 100 free (47.67) at the conference meet ... swam in all four of Miami[apos]s conference dual meets, with a top finish of second coming in the 200 free against Ball State ... had one additional top-three finish with a third-place showing in the 200 free at the Cincinnati/Kenyon/Louisville Quadrangular.
2004-05: At the MAC Championships, scored in two events, the 100 free (47.35) and the 200 free (1:44.26) while also competing in the 500 free ... set career-highs at the meet in the 100 and 200 free races.
2003-04: Focused on the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle races in his rookie season ... competed in seven dual meets as well as the Miami Invitational and Midwest Conference Championships ... recorded personal highs in all three freestyle races at the Midwest meet ... also competed in longer freestyle events as well as breaststroke events during the season ... was a part of free or medley relay teams in all nine meets in which he competed.
High School: Qualified for state all four years, becoming a finalist eight times ... set a school record in the 50 free ... was a two-year captain ... team MVP as a senior and most improved as a freshman ... club team, Lakeside Seahawks, won state three times (2001-03) ... named team MVP in 2002 and `03.
