Played in all 39 games this year...had 10 points on the year including one goal and nine assists...scored his lone goal against Bowling Green (Nov. 19)...tallied two points against Bowling Green (Nov. 19) and Western Michigan (Nov. 27)...blocked 31 shots, fifth-best on the team...whistled for 16 penalties, totaling 32 minutes.
2009-10
Played in 43 games... missed the Alaska opener... tallied 15 points in his rookie campaign (7g, 8a)... recorded his first career assist against UNH (Oct. 16)... scored his first collegiate goal and had his first multi-point game against UNH (Oct. 17)... notched a career high two assists in a win over Nebraska-Omaha (Feb. 19)... led the RedHawks with two short-handed goals, which tied for 10th in the nation, as he was the only freshman in the top 49... tied for sixth on the team in the +/- category with +17... recorded a career best +4 rating against Lake Superior State (Feb. 6)... scored his first career game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Notre Dame (Dec. 4), his only of the season... tallied Miami's lone goal in the National Semifinal Apr. 8 vs. Boston College... registered two power-play goals... was selected to the CCHA All-Rookie Team.

Played the 2008-09 season with Indiana of the USHL... appeared in 73 games during the regular-season and playoffs, totalling 31 points... scored seven goals and dished out 24 assists... two of his goals came on the power play, while one was shorthanded... had two game-winners... took 84 shots and had a plus-five rating... was an all-conference selection his junior year at Apollo High School... served as team captain, was named team Most Valuable Player and won the Coaches' Award... a member of the National Honor Society.
