2008-09: Started in 29 games and saw action in all 30 ... played a career-most 36 minutes against Kent State (3/1) and set a career high for blocked shots with three ... recorded a career-high 16 points at Eastern Michigan (1/31) when he went 6-for-8 from the floor and 4-for-6 from the free-throw line ... also established a career high for rebounds against the Eagles with eight and snatched the same against Toledo (2/7) and Western Michigan (2/14) ... had a career-high three assists twice: at Evansville (2/21) and against Bowling Green (3/05) ... had a career-best two steals four times: against Northwestern State (12/30), Ohio (1/14), Western Michigan (2/14) and Bowling Green (3/05) ... finished in a tie for ninth among MAC statistical leaders in MAC games for blocked shots, averaging 0.75 per game ... also ranked 15th among MAC leaders in offensive rebounds with an average of 1.81 and tied for 20th in rebounding with 4.9 per game ... received Miami[apos]s Jamie Mercurio Award.
