2010
Posted a 4-7 record and 5.90 ERA on the season... started in all 15 of his appearances... pitched 90.0 innings, his career high and the 2010 team high... lasted into the sixth innings on 11 occasions... led the team with 57 strikeouts, while surrendering only 23 walks... opponents batted .331 against him... tied his career high with eight strikeouts in a 6-1 win over Northern Illinois (4/9)... also had his longest outing of the year that day, 8.0 innings... had at least six strikeouts on four other occasions.
2009 SUMMER LEAGUE
Made eight appearances (seven starts) on the rubber for the Thomasville HiToms of the Coastal Plains League ... went 2-3 with a 4.05 ERA in 37.2 innings of work ... struck out 36 batters with just nine walks and foes hit just .257 against him ... played on same team as Miami teammates Jordan Jankowski and Ryan Curl.
2009
Made 13 appearances on the mound, all as a starter (second-most on the team) ... went 6-3 with a 5.35 ERA, with the six wins tying for second on the team and fourth in the league ... tossed first-career complete game May 21 vs. Bowling Green at the MAC Tournament (Miami[apos]s only complete game all year), firing a career-best eight strikeouts and allowing just three earned runs with two walks to pick up the win ... tossed 70.2 innings on the year (second on the team) with 26 walks and 49 strikeouts ... had a team-best three pickoffs ... opponents hit just .269 against him, fifth in the MAC among starting pitchers ... worked at least seven innings in four of his starts, including 7.1 innings April 11 vs. CMU when he didn[apos]t allow an earned run (one run total) and struck out six.
2008
Made eight starts for the RedHawks and appeared as a reliever three times ... pitched 36.2 innings for Miami striking out 23 batters and only walking 13 ... earned his first career win on April 27 against Bowling Green ... made his first career start on March 13 against IPFW posting a season-high four strikeouts ... finished the season with a 7.12 earned-run average.
