Made 13 appearances during his freshman season, making four starts... made his collegiate debut against Marist on Feb. 27, stiking out two in an inning of work... was 1-1 with a 5.06 ERA... allowed 30 hits and 23 runs (21 earned) in 37.1 innings pitched... struck out 17, while walking 10... made three of his starts in March (7th vs. Yale, 15th at Xavier and 20th at Morehead State)... got no decision in his longest outing of the year, 6.0 innings vs. the Bulldogs in Florida... allowed two runs (one earned) and four hits... earned his first collegiate victory with 1.2 innings of scoreless work vs. Eastern Kentucky on March 23... struck out a season-high four at Ohio on May 21... fanned three in his next appearance, vs. Kent State on May 28.
