Earned three letters at Downers Grove South, serving as team captain for two seasons... helped the Mustangs to three straight conference championships... they were ranked No. 2 in the state at the end of his senior year... named all-state by all three Chicago-area newspapers as a senior... earned all-area and all conference honors junior and senior years... batterd .495 as a senior and .410 as a junior... a member of the honor roll and an IHSA Scholar-Athlete.
