2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in eight meets ... qualified for the NCAA National Championships (6/5-8) in the 1500m and ran a 3:45.77 in the preliminaries to finish 14th and take home Second-Team All-America honors ... reached the national meet after taking ninth in the NCAA East Regionals (5/23-25) with a 3:44.98 ... won the MAC title in the steeplechase with a 9:00.32 run at the conference meet (5/9-11) and was named First-Team All-MAC ... also took third in the 1500m (3:55.25) and eighth in the 5000m (15:08.66) ... posted a PR 14:42.08 in the 5K at the Nikoloff Invitational (4/6) to win the event ... took fifth in the steeple at Raleigh Relays (3/29-30) with a personal best run of 8:56.08, the fifth-best time in Miami history ... won the 1500 at the Blizzard Buster (3/23). Indoor - Ran in five meets ... set a personal record in the 800m with a 1:49.60 run at Grand Valley State (2/8-9), taking second in the event ... posted a PR in the mile at Notre Dame's Meyo Invitational (2/1-2) with a run of 4:03.40 ... qualified for USATF Indoor Nationals in the 600m and ran a 1:20.96 in the semifinals ... finished fifth in the mile at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) with a 4:03.59 time. Cross Country - Ran in six meets ... took fifth place with a 24:39.0 at the MAC Championship (10/27) and took home First-Team All-MAC honors while leading the RedHawks to the team title ... had a season-best run at Pre-Nationals (10/13) with a time of 24:29.8 for 40th ... won the RedHawk Rumble (9/22) with a 25:01.0 time ... finished 43rd at Great Lakes Regionals (11/9) ... named MAC Cross Country Runner of the Week for the Weeks of 9/25 and 10/16. 

2017-18: Outdoor – Competed in eight meets … qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m, where he finished 23rd (3:55.74) to earn All-America Honorable Mention … punched his nationals ticket by clocking 3:44.47 in the 1500m at the NCAA East Region Preliminary (5/24-26), which was the sixth-fastest time in the quarterfinal round … won a MAC title in the 1500m (3:51.55) while finishing runner-up in the 800m (1:52.14) and steeplechase (9:02.38) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … clocked a personal-best 800m time of 1:51.16 to finish sixth at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5/4) … top 1500m time was 3:44.26 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/19-20). Indoor – Competed in five meets … part of the runner-up distance medley relay (9:51.64) at the Music City Challenge (2/9-10). Cross Country – Ran in six meets … placed 15th (25:13.7) at the MAC Championships (10/28) … claimed 38th (31:57.8) in the Great Lakes Regional (11/10) … finished runner-up (25:37.5) at the RedHawk Rumble (9/23).

2016-17: Outdoor – Ran in seven meets … took seventh in the 800m (1:54.70) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … top 1500m time was 3:50.41, which took fifth at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7-8). Indoor – Competed in three meets … placed 10th in the 800m (1:52.35) at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/18). Cross Country – Appeared in four meets … top 8K time was 26:06.5 at the Spartan Invitational (9/16).

High School: Four-year letterwinner in track, three years in cross country … personal best of 1:49.80 in the 800m, 4:05.40 in the 1600m, 4:07.13 in the mile, 14:41.40 in the three mile, and 17:16.36 in the 4xmile relay … PR of 7:37.36 in the 4x800m relay is a state record … state champions in 4x800m in 2015 and 2016 … cross country state champions in 2015 … 2016 New Balance Nationals 4xmile champions … 2014 Nike Cross Country Nationals 15th place … 2015 Nike Cross Country Nationals 4th place … all-conference in 2014 (800m, 4x400m), 2015 (4x800m, 800m, 4x400m), and 2016 (1600m, 4x400m) … sectional champion for 4x800m all four years … sectional champ in 800m 2015 and 2016 … all-conference in cross country 2013, 2014, and 2015 … all-sectional in cross country 2015 and 2016 … 2015 Foot Locker All-Midwest Team (20th place).
