2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in five meets ... set a steeplechase PR at the Nikoloff Invitational (4/6) with a 9:31.50 run, finishing fifth ... won the steeple at Miami's Blizzard Buster (3/23) with a 9:38.21. Indoor - Ran in two meets ... took 14th in the mile at Cedarville (2/1) with a run of 4:33.66. Cross Country - Ran in four meets ... recorded personal best at Miami's RedHawk Rumble, running a 26:14.1 for 19th.

2017-18: Outdoor – Raced in six meets … took runner-up in the steeplechase (personal-best 9:32.64) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (3/30-31). Indoor – Ran in two meets … won the 3000m (8:50/87) at the Anderson Invite (2/3). Cross Country –Competed in three meets … top 8K time was 26:46.1 at the season-opening Indiana Open (9/2).

2016-17: Outdoor – Competed in five meets … took third in the steeplechase (9:53.82) at the RedHawk Invitational (4/29). Indoor – Ran in three meets … placed fourth in the mile (4:32.26) at the Findlay Meet for Everyone (2/17). Cross Country – Did not compete.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track for Ed Ernst’s Wolfpack … six-time Chicago Catholic League Champion … three-time All-State (2015 1600m, 2015 XC, 2016 1600m) … four-time All-Sectional for track … three-time All-Sectional for cross country.
