2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in six meets ... set a PR in the 3000m at the Blizzard Buster (3/23) with a run of 8:36.90 to finish fourth ... had a personal best in the 5000m at Ohio State (4/26-27) with a run of 15:15.55 to take third. Indoor - Competed in three meets ... finished third in the 3000m at Cedarville (2/1) with a run of 8:55.96.

2017-18: Outdoor – Did not compete. Indoor – Did not compete. Cross Country – Raced in five meets … top 8K time was 25:22.8, which took 57th at Pre Nationals (10/14).

2016-17: Outdoor – Competed in six meets, primarily in the steeplechase … top steeplechase time was 9:32.06 at the Gina Relays (4//27-29) … took fourth in the steeplechase (9:36.16) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7-8). Indoor – Ran in three meets … took 11th in the 3000m (8:49.44) at the GVSU Big Meet (2/11). Cross Country – Did not compete.

2015-16: Outdoor – Competed in five meets … took fourth in the 1500m (3:59.85) at the Ball State Challenge (4/15-16) … ran a season-best 3:58.63 in the 1500m at the RedHawk Invitational (4/30). Indoor – Raced in one meet … took seventh in the mile (4:22.64) at the Ohio State Invitational (2/19). Cross Country – Ran in one meet … finished 30th (26:25.4) at the Jenna Strong Classic (10/16).

High School: Lettered four times in both cross country and track & field while nabbing one more letter in soccer … set a school record in the 800m and as a member of the 1600m relay … personal bests include a 50.5 in the 400m, 1:55 in the 800m and 4:24 in the 1600m … best cross country 5K time in high school was 15:50 … part of a cross country team that finished fifth in the state his senior year … earned all-conference honors four times in both cross country and track & field, qualifying for the state meet a combined six times, including all four years in track & field … national honor society member who was named Academic All-Ohio.
