The offense revolves around senior guard Eugene German. He leads the MAC with an average of 20.0 points per game.

THE SERIES WITH NORTHERN ILLINOIS: Miami leads the all-time series with Northern Illinois, 32-18. The Huskies have won the past two meetings, including a 70-55 win in DeKalb two weeks ago on Feb. 1. Junior guard Nike Sibande led Miami with 13 points, while redshirt junior guard Milos Jovic and freshman guard Dae Dae Grant had 11 each.

UP NEXT: Miami has its midweek bye and will have a week off in between games. Next up for the RedHawks will be a trip to Akron on Saturday, Feb. 22. Tip is at 4 p.m. and it will air live on ESPN3. An audio broadcast will be available on the Miami Sports Network from Van Wagner.
