February 14-15 is an exciting weekend for Love & Honor on the Miami University campus. In addition to Valentine's Day weekend, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the Red & White as Mercy Health presents One Miami Weekend featuring Love.Honor.Care sponsored by Western & Southern Financial Group!
 
One Miami Weekend features Miami's annual Love.Honor.Care game on February 15 when the women's basketball team plays host to Ohio. Fans can help raise funds for Luna Cares, which benefits local cancer patients. On top of that, faculty, staff and the community are encouraged to attend home events during One Miami Weekend. Complimentary tickets and parking to all four contests (can pick one hockey game) are available for faculty & staff and their families. The community can receive complimentary tickets and parking to both basketball contests. All complimentary tickets are being provided by President Greg and Dr. Renate Crawford.
 
More information on the entire weekend can be found below, but complimentary tickets must be reserved by calling the Miami Athletic Ticket Office (513-529-4295) by Thursday, Feb. 13 at noon.

LOVE.HONOR.CARE GAME
Join us February 15 for the sixth annual Love.Honor.Care game sponsored by Western & Southern Financial Group. Love.Honor.Care is an initiative of Miami Athletics that is spearheaded by Miami women's basketball to raise funds for Luna Cares, which benefits local cancer patients. Over the past five years, Miami Athletics and Miami women's basketball have raised more than $120,000 through this initiative.

Miami women's basketball hosts long-time conference rival Ohio in a Battle of the Bricks game at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 for the Love.Honor.Care game, and 100 percent of the proceeds from the game go to Luna Cares. The men's team follows, hosting Northern Illinois at 3:30 p.m. in the second game of the doubleheader.

There also will be several silent auction items available for bid at the basketball games, and opportunities to purchase apparel to support the fundraising efforts.
 
ONE MIAMI WEEKEND
To help show their gratitude and deep appreciation for the commitment, dedication and exceptional service of Miami University's faculty and staff, and to bring together all campuses to celebrate being "One Miami," President Greg and Dr. Renate Crawford invite the Miami community to the fourth annual One Miami Weekend presented by Mercy Health February 14-15, 2020. Faculty and staff will receive free admission and free parking to the Miami basketball doubleheader on February 15 and also free admission to one of the February 14-15 Miami hockey games. The community will receive free admission to both basketball games.

Faculty and staff may request complimentary tickets for their immediate family for basketball. One ticket gains entrance to BOTH basketball games. Starting at noon and again between games, there will be a Carnival on the Concourse with inflatables, games and activities for our younger fans.

Faculty and staff may choose to attend one of the hockey games, whichever night fits best into your schedule. A maximum of two (2) complimentary tickets will be provided to faculty and staff for them and their families. Additional tickets may be purchased at the group rate of $20 per ticket. All available reserved seats will be filled before standing room only tickets are distributed and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
