Hockey City Classic Reveals Start Times

CHICAGO – Miami and Western Michigan will begin a hockey doubleheader in the 2015 Hockey City Classic at Soldier Field on Feb. 7.
The RedHawks and Broncos drop the puck at 4 p.m. Eastern (3 p.m. Central), beginning a jam packed day of hockey in the Windy City. Michigan and Michigan State will also square off at Soldier Field, with that game starting at 8 p.m. ET (7 p.m. CT)
The Miami Athletic Ticket Office is the best place for RedHawk hockey fans to purchase Hockey City Classic tickets. For $50, Miami hockey fans can lock in a ticket for the RedHawks’ outdoor tilt with the Western Michigan Broncos, along with the Michigan/Michigan State game that will also be played at Soldier Field. Tickets will be allocated to Red & White Club members based on loyalty points first and then by the date tickets were ordered. The priority seating order deadline is Nov. 17, after which tickets can be ordered based on seat availability. Specific seat locations will also be determined after Nov. 17.
By ordering through the ticket office, Miami hockey fans can insure that they are seated in the Miami hockey section with other RedHawk supporters.
The $50 committed at the time of the order covers the cost for general seating. Fans wishing to acquire club seats must indicate as such in the comments and the $50 will go towards the purchase of club seats, which are priced from $79-$95.
Student tickets are also available for the Hockey City Classic for $19. Miami students will be seated in section 123. To reserve seats for a group, students can create a group name (i.e.: RedHawk1) and register the group name with the Athletic Ticket Office. Student seats are limited and will only be available while supply lasts. To sit with a group, tickets must be ordered by Dec. 6. Tickets for students will not be mailed out and only one ticket per student may be ordered.
