OXFORD, Ohio -- At Miami, it's never too early to start thinking about the postseason. With more than 25 conference titles in the history of hockey and men's and women's basketball, the Culture of Champions has never been more evident. Now is the time for you to make plans to join the RedHawks in Cleveland and Detroit for the MAC and CCHA Tournaments, respectively.
Current season ticket holders have until Feb. 24 to reserve their current seats at both Steve Cady Arena and Millett Hall. After that date, orders for the general public will be processed.
When an order is placed, tickets will be reserved until the date Miami is guaranteed to play in that respective tournament round. If there is a game, your order will be processed and your tickets will be available at will-call on game day. If Miami does not play in a particular round, or is on the road, the order will be cancelled.
For the CCHA hockey tournament, seeds 6-8 host seeds 9-11 in the first round (March 2-4), while seeds 1-4 host a second round series March 9-11. The winners advance to Detroit. For both MAC men's and women's basketball, seeds 1-4 advance straight to Cleveland, while seeds 5-8 host an opening-round game on campus against seeds 9-12.
Please note that as teams advance to NCAA play, there are minimum Red & White Club requirements for ticket purchases. Details can be found here.
Tickets for groups of 10 or more are available for $10 for hockey's opening round and $8 for men's basketball opening round. Any group interested in ordering should call the Marketing Office's sales and service department at (513) 529-1611.
Miami Athletics will launch its Tournament Central on Monday, Feb. 20 to provide fans with the most up-to-date information on postseason travel packages, opponents, brackets and ticket opportunities. Additional questions can be answered by contacting the Miami Athletic Ticket Office at (513) 529-4295.
