Miami Hockey Announces Addition of Branko Vukas

OXFORD, Ohio— Miami Hockey head coach Anthony Noreen announced today that Branko Vukas will join the RedHawks' program ahead of the 2026-27 season. Vukas, a defenseman from Dyer, Ind., comes to Miami from Muskegon of the USHL.

PRIOR TO MIAMI

Played 42 games with Muskegon Lumberjacks last season, collecting 12 points (1-11-12) with a +10 rating
Began the 2025-26 campaign with Omaha Lancers (USHL), where he served as team captain
Appeared in 54 games for Omaha in 2024-25, putting up six points (1-5-6)
Saw action in 31 games for Oklahoma Warriors (NAHL) in 2023-24, contributing 12 points (2-10-12)
Also played for Chicago Fury (18U AAA) in 2023-24, with 40 points in 40 games
Was a finalist for USHL's Gaudreau Award in 2025
