2010-11: Indoors, ran the 400m dash at the MAC Indoor Championships, placing 20th in 58.97 ... also ran on the school-record-setting 4x400m relay team at the MAC meet that finished in 3:46.94 to place fourth ... ran on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Hoosier Hills Invitational (3:52.62) ... clocked a season-best 400m dash time of 58.16 at the Meyo Invitational (35th place) ... ran a season-best 200m dash time of 27.26 at the Bowling Green Challenge, earning 12th ... took third in the 400m at the Findlay Oiler Opener (59.01) and fourth in the 400m at the Indiana Relays (58.97) and Hoosier Hills Invite (59.08) ... ran on Miami[apos]s fourth-place distance medley relay team at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships (11:51.78), running the 400m leg. Outdoors, finished 14th in the 400m dash at the MAC Outdoor Championships in a personal-best 57.38 ... ran a personal-best 200m dash time of 27.03 at the Nikoloff Invitational to place 29th ... was on the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships (3:51.59) and the Nikoloff Invite (3:55.23) ... took fourth in the 400m dash at the Billy Hayes Invitational (57.53).
2009-10: Indoors, ran on the winning distance medley relay team at the MAC Championships (2/27/10) that clocked in at 11:44.69 (second best in school history) ... also ran on the 4x400m relay team that took sixth at the MAC meet ... ran on the winning 4x400m relay team twice, including the All-Ohio Championships (2/13/10), and the winning DMR team at the Indiana Relays (1/30/10) ... took third place in the 400m at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 59.17 ... posted a 400m season-best time of 58.79 at the Meyo Invitational (2/6/10) ... took eighth in 2:26.15 in her only 800m race of the season at the Oiler Opener (12/5/09) ... ran a 27.98 in the 200m at the Ball State Quad (2/19/10). Outdoors, helped Miami take second in the 4x400m relay at the MAC Championships (2/27/10) as the team finished in a school-record time of 3:42.72 ... placed 19th in the 400m at the MAC Championships in 59.30 ... posted a season-best 200m time of 26.99 at the Vanderbilt Invitational, good for eighth (3/27/10)...had a season-best 400m time of 57.81, placing fourth at the Miami Invitational (4/10/10), when she was also on the winning 4x400m relay team.
2008-09: Indoors, recorded a personal-best time of 26.84s in the 200-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet (02/14/09)... set a new indoor season best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.34s at the MAC Championship (02/28/09) to finish 16th... ran on the distance medley relay team that had the top time of the season in 11:46.79 at the MAC Championships to finish second, which is also the third-best time in Miami history... in outdoor competition, part of the 4x400-meter relay team with the second-best RedHawk outdoor time of the season in 3:49.16 at the MAC Championship (05/16/09)... named Indoor Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.
2007-08: Indoors, had a top-10 finish at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet (400m, 1:00.05)... ran an indoor best in the 400m at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational (58.54s)... outdoors, set a season best in the 400m of 58.18s during the Indiana/Billy Hayes Invitational.
High School: Earned eight varsity letters in three sports; track, soccer, and swimming at Bellbrook High School... set the conference record in the 400-meter dash... ran a personal best of 57.9 in the 400 meters and 2:23 in the 800 meters... named Academic All-Ohio.
Personal: Daughter of Liz and Mark Rasch... completed over 200-hours of community service in high school... member of National Honor Society... class president in high school... attended junior high school in Tokyo, Japan... member of Athletes in Action... a life science education major.
