2019-20: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... earned third in the pentathlon at the MAC Championship (2/28-29) with a personal-best point total of 3538 ... also was part of Miami's third-place 4x400 team at the conference meet ... posted a personal-best 8.95 60m hurdles time at Notre Dame (2/22) ... PRs of 8.21 in the 60m and 25.98 in the 200m ... named Academic All-MAC.

2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in eight meets … finished fourth in the heptathlon at the MAC Championships (5/9-11) with 4648 points, propelled by wins in the 100H and 800 … was part of a 4x400 team that set three successive school records, culminating in a 3:38.29 time at the Penn Relays (4/25-27) … posted a season-best 1:01.80 in the 400 hurdles at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-20) … won both the 100H and 400H at Miami’s Blizzard Buster (3/23) … best 100H time was a 14.54 at Indiana’s Billy Hayes Invitational (5/3) … Academic All-MAC. Indoor - Competed in seven meets … finished seventh in the pentathlon at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/22-23) with 3411 points … was a part of the 4x400 team that finished second in the MAC and won the event at the IU Relays (1/25-26) and GVSU Big Meet (2/9) … best time in the 60H was a 9.12 mark at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational (2/1-2) … named Academic All-MAC and MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete.

2017-18: Outdoor – Ran in seven meets … finished seventh in the 400m hurdles (1:02.42) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … top 400m hurdle time was 1:01.25, which won the event at the RedHawk Invitational (4/28). Indoor – Competed in eight meets for Miami … made college debut at BGSU Opener and placed fifth in the 60m hurdles while also helping the 4x4 to a victory … ran with 4x4 team as they took third at the Gladstein Invitational … helped 4x4 team to second-place finish at Meyo Invitational … ran season-best 9.06 in the 60m hurdles at the Alex Wilson Invitational in addition to helping 4x4 team finish second … ran with 4x4 team as they took third at MAC Indoor Championships.

High School: Lettered four times in outdoor and twice in indoor for head coach Jim Brant’s Knights … holds school indoor record in 60m hurdles, long jump, 400m dash, and 4x400m … outdoor record-holder in 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles … competed at OHSAA state finals in 300m and 4x400m junior year … competed at state finals in 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles senior year … named First-Team All-ECC in 300m and 4x400m senior year … Second-Team ECC in 100m hurdles … named Second-Team All-ECC in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and 4x400m junior year … also lettered three years in soccer at Kings.
