2015 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran in six meets for the Red and White competing primarily in the 400m hurdles … opened the outdoor season at the UNF Spring Break Invitational running the 400m hurdles finishing in 1:05.05 … competed with 4x400m and 4x100m teams that won the relays at the All-Ohio Championships … competed at the MAC Championships running a personal best 1:01.92 in the 400m hurdles as well as as the 4x100m and 4x400m relays.
2014-15 Indoor Track & Field: Competed in five meets for the RedHawks … kicked off the season at the Mastodon Opener running in the 60m hurdles and the 4x400m relay finishing in 9.47 … ran her season best 400m time of 1:00.01 at the Tom Wright Open … posted a season best 60m hurdles time of 9.27 at the the Penn State National Invitational … Competed in the distance medley relay and the 4x400m relay at the MAC Championships.
2013-14: Indoor: Ran in five meets ... clocked a personal-best 9.19 in the 60m hurdles at the Mastodon Opener. Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... won the 400m hurdles (personal-best 1:02.65) at the Miami Invitational.
2012-2013: Competed in the 400m, 60m hurdles, and 400m hurdles during her freshman indoor and outdoor track and field seasons...earned season-highs in both the 400m (59.96) and 60m hurdles (9.22) at the Akron Invitational...placed 11th at the MAC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles with a season-high 1:02.75.
High School: Earned four letters in cross country and track while attending Cary-Grove High School under coach Mark Anderson ... personal-best 5K in cross country was 18:31 ... ran the 100m hurdles in personal-best 15.1 ... named an All-Fox Valley Conference runner in each of her four years ... ran in the IHSA state meet in track all four years and went to state her senior season in cross country ... helped the Trojans win FVC and sectional track titles all four years.
