2015 Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in six outdoor meets for the RedHawks … kicked off the season at the UNF Spring Break Invitational competing in the 100m hurdles (15.43), high jump (5’4.25”) and the 4x400m relay … posted a personal best in the 100m hurdles of 15.33 at the Miami Invitational … leaped to a an outdoor personal best high jump of 5’6” at the All-Ohio Championships … marked a personal best triple jump of 37’ 8.5” at the Rankin/Poehlein Invitational … competed at the MAC Championships in the high jump and triple jump marking 5’ 5” and 36’ 9.5” respectively.
2014-15 Indoor Track & Field: Competed in eight meets for Miami … opened the season at the Mastodon Opener competing in the High Jump (5’0.5”) , 60m hurdles (9.60) and 4x400m relay … posted her top 600m time at the Bowling Green Opener clocking in at 1:45.98 … had a personal best 60m hurdle time of 9.47 … leaped to a personal best 5’6” in the high jump at the Ohio State Tune Up … competed at the MAC Championships in the high jump clearing 5’ 4.25” to finish 12th.
2013-14: Indoor: Competed in four meets ... cleared a season-best 5-3 in the high jump at the Ball State Quad. Outdoor: Jumped in seven meets ... narrowly missed scoring with a ninth-place finish (5-3 1/4) at the MAC Outdoor Championships ... finished eighth with a season-best 5-3 3/4 at the All-Ohio Championships.
2012-2013: Competed in the high jump during both the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons as a freshman....took second in the high jump at the Tom Wright Classic with a jump of 5-1....earned a season-best high jump of 5-3 for the indoor season at the Ball State University Quad...posted a career-best high jump of 5-4 at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational, placing sixth overall.
High School: Ran track at Aurora High School all four years under coach John Kudley ... posted a personal-best high jump of 5-8, which set school and conference records ... ran the 100m in 12.5 seconds and the 200m in 26.1 ... competed in the OHSAA state meet three times for the high jump, placing fifth in 2010 and fourth in 2011 as a junior ... three-time conference MVP and two-time All-Ohio honoree.
Personal: Born Sept. 21, 1993 in Garfield Heights, Ohio ... daughter of Karen and Mike Baker ... graduated magna cum laude at Aurora ... enjoys listening to music, cooking and watching TV ... can solve a Rubik's Cube in under two minutes ... a business economics major.
