2019-20: Indoor - Ran in eight meets ... took bronze in the mile at the MAC Championship (2/28-29) with a run of 4:49.93 ... also took a top-five in the 800m at the conference meet, running a PR time of 2:11.45 ... led Miami with the top time in the mile, 800, and 3K ... season-best mile time was 4:49.15, which earned third at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational (2/22) ... named Academic All-MAC. Cross Country - Competed in seven meets on the year ...  had a season-best 6K time of 22:00.1 at Pre-Nationals (10/19) ... finished 72nd overall in the MAC Championship (11/2), putting up a time of 23:58.1 ... took a top ten at the RedHawk Rumble (9/21).

Prior to Miami: Ran for a season at the University of Kentucky, running in 10 meets and holding the best outdoor 800m time on the team ... was a four-year letter winner in track and field at Hudson High School under coach Megan Petraska ... holds Hudson school record in the 400m, 800m, and the 4x400m relay as well as the Suburban League record in the 800 and 4x800 ... competed in the Ohio state meet during the outdoor season in 2016 and 2018 and the indoor season in 2018, being named All-Ohio in both ... competed at New Balance Nationals in the 800 ... won four conference and four district titles in total, and was named all-region three times ... also played soccer for the Explorers for three years ... was an honor roll student and recipient of the Scholastic Academic Award.
