2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in five meets ... had a season-best 400m run at the Blizzard Buster (3/23) with a 49.82 to finish fifth ... set a PR in the 200 at the RedHawk Invitational (4/20) with a 22.73 for second ... won the 4x100 at the RedHawk Invite and at Ball State (4/12-13). Indoor - Ran in two meets ... took home a total of four top-five finishes at Cedarville (2/1) including a season-best 51.94 400m time.
High School: Lettered four times in track & field and three times in football … named high school athlete of the year in 2018 … set a state record on the gridiron with most blocked kicks in a single game … four-time all-conference performer in track & field who qualified for regionals three times … won a district title as a member of the 4x400m relay … member of the distinguished honor roll.
Personal: Born Sept. 14, 1999 … parents are Jamie and Chris Wervey … majoring in kinesiology and psychology.
