2010-11: Second Team All- MAC ... finished second in the decathlon at the MAC Championships with a point total of 7,016, a personal best and fifth in school history, as he won three of the 10 events and took second in the 110m hurdles in a season-best 14.71 ... also competed in the 400m hurdles finals at the MAC Championships, placing fifth in 55.39, and the long jump, claiming seventh with a leap of 7.09m/23-3.25 ... at the Billy Hayes Invitational won the long jump with a season-best leap of 7.33m/24-0.75 ... also placed first in the long jump with a distance of 7.25m/23-9.5 while competing at the Indiana Polytan Invitational ... ran a season-best 400m hurdles time of 54.27 at the Polytan Invitational as well, placing fourth ... indoors, placed first with a score of 5,375 in the heptathlon at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala ... took second in the pentathlon at Ohio Wesleyan (indoors) with a score of 3,675.
2009-10: Second-Team All-MAC ... NCAA East Preliminary Round Qualifier ... competed at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds, finishing 46th in the long jump with a jump of 6.89m/22-7.25 ... at the MAC Championships took eighth in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.70 after qualifying fourth in 54.51 and was also eighth in the 110m hurdles in 14.78 after qualifying sixth in 14.59 ... was also the runner-up in the long jump at the MAC Championships with a leap of 7.22m/23-8.25 and helped Miami take third in the 4x400m relay in 3:15.92 ... posted a season-best long jump of 7.37m/24-2.25 at the Jesse Owens Classic to take third place while the mark ranked sixth in school history ... clocked a non-wind-aided season-best 110m hurdles time of 14.47 to win the race at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational ... recorded a wind-aided season-best 110m hurdles time of 14.45 at the Miami Invitational, also good for first place, while the time ranked eighth in school history ... also won the 400m hurdles at the Miami Invitational in a season-best 53.68 and won the long jump (7.17m/23-6.25) ... won the decathlon at the All-Ohio Championships with 6,778 points, his only time competing in the decathlon ... indoors, won the heptathlon at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships with 5,217 points ... as part of the heptathlon, recorded a indoor season-best long jump of 7.12m/23-4.5 to take first in that portion of the event.
2008-09: Second-Team All-MAC ... placed second at the MAC Championships in the long jump with a season-best leap of 23-10, which was the second-best performance by a RedHawk on the season ... claimed fifth at the MAC Championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.57 ... logged season-best 400m hurdles time at the Jesse Owens Classic in 53.41 to earn a seventh-place finish, the top time by a RedHawk in 2009 ... recorded the top six 400m hurdles times of the season for Miami ... also ran on Miami[apos]s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the league meet, helping each to a sixth-place finish ... had Miami[apos]s second-best 110m hurdles time on the year, taking 12th at the Jesse Owens Classic in 14.83 ... in the decathlon, set a personal-best score of 6,780 at the Charlotte 49er classic to place third, with the score ranking 10th on Miami[apos]s all-time list and second for the season.
2007-08: Finished third in the decathlon at the MAC Championships with a career best total of 6,312 points ... also took third in the decathlon at the All-Ohio Championships ... recorded a career best long jump of 21-11.75 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic ... clocked in with a season best time of 15.38 in the 110 meter hurdles at the Miami Team Challenge ... competed in three indoor meets, recording season best marks in the long jump (21-08.25), high jump (6-00.75), 60 meter hurdles (:8.86), 400 meters (:52.21), and shot put (31-11.25).
High School: All-Ohio hurdler, team MVP and most valuable jumper ... part of two district championship teams ... earned four letters in track and two in diving ... set personal bests of 14.85 in the 110 hurdles, 6-2 in the high jump, 20-10 1/4 in the long jump and 40.03 in the 300 hurdles.
