Click here for bio in Interactive Fan Guide 2009-10: Had a very solid showing at the MAC Championships, placing third in both the 200- and 400-yard freestyle relays, fifth in the 400-yard medley relay, and sixth in both the 100 and 50 freestyle events ... finished the season with four first place finishes ... set a career best time in the 50 freestyle (20.76) and 200 freestyle (1:44.44) at the MAC Championships ... is the top returning swimmer for both the 50 and 100 freestyle. 2008-09: Set personal bests in the 50 freestyle (20.99), 100 freestyle (45.06) and 100 butterfly (52.44) at conference championships, earning top 25 finishes in the freestyle events. Before Miami: Earned varsity letter at Michigan State University during 2007-08 season swimming best times in 50-yard freestyle (:21.17), 100-yard freestyle (:47.22), 200-yard freestyle (1:45.11) and 100-yard butterfly (55.19). High School: Earned all-conference (2005-2007) as well as all-state and All-American honors (2006-07) ... placed seventh and eighth in the 100-yard and 50-yard freestyle events, respectively at state championships ... also was a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay (fourth) and 400-yard freestyle relay (seventh) teams at state ... earned two varsity letters for water polo.
